contraception

so i've told a lot of ladies about this, and i thought i should put it on a blog so that more of you can look into it... it seems like a dream come true... i've read about it a lot and NO its not what we were using when i got pregnant with nola... but its what i'm planning on using along side seth vasectomy after this pregnancy until i can get my tubes tied... anyway check out the lady comp. i've heard of natural family planning but i know for myself i wouldn't keep up in my mind and i wouldn't write it down everyday... it just seems like too much thinking, which has gotten worse for me since i got pregnant with arabella haha... anyway i love this because all you have to do is take your temp every morning and a light tells you what's going on with your cycle. plus it remembers things for months and months for you so if you miss a day you're fine... anyway check it out, read the FAQ....

Hi skylana, this is anicia.
(a friend told me about your birthing opinions that you blog about-so here i am.)
So with this lady comp, do you know of people using it? I'm just wondering how reliable it is....the website seems legit but I'm a skeptic...and we don't want kids anytime soon.

i dont know someone using it, because its been in the uk for a while but it just started coming over here... i know that it uses the same method as natural family planning, which i have known many women to use and be very successful with, its just that this thing does all the work for you instead... it does rate better than any other method of birth control minus the hormones... cause really its just telling you what your body is doing, so when you are ovulating either use a condom or dont have sex.... and it tells you when you are about to ovulate so you are protected before also.

we've been using natural family planning now for some months and I have to say...this is a product I've dreamt about. Thanks for cluing me in to it. And it's 40 bucks!?! what a deal.

oh darn. I just realized, when it says, "buy now for as little as $37.50" what they meant was "12 payments of $37.50."

Guess I'll have to save up.

yea its a little expense... but i'm sure its very worth it.

Thanks for the info! :) This is an awesome tool to have. I'm glad you clued all your readers into it. It is a little expensive, but a child costs way more than 37.40 a month for 12 months... come to think of it, its not MUCH more than a year supply of the pill if you pick that up monthy. and i hate hormones, and will never put them in my body again! I'm excited about this and can't wait to purchase one (once I'm done being pregnant!)

Hi...Gabe mentioned something about your blog so I thought I'd check it out. I was just going to lurk (sorry!) when I came across this post. I got the lady comp about a year and a half ago after going crazy on bc. I LOVE it. It's so so easy and it's worked for us so far :) I didn't trust myself to be diligent enough to chart on my own, so this was the perfect compromise. Anyways, just wanted to say that this well worth the investment and everyone should get one! If you have any questions my email is oliveluski2@aol.com
